League rules

The rules of the board.

This is a plain-language summary. The full league and game rules are being finalised and will be published here before ranked play opens. If the two ever differ, the full rules apply.

Every league

  • Open to South African residents aged 18 or older, one account per person.
  • Each ranked round gives three ranked attempts. Your best confirmed attempt counts.
  • Scores are decided by our server from a replay of your attempt.
  • Each league shows its game, prize, close time and tiebreak before you enter.
  • Results are final once the league closes and winners are verified.
  • Every attempt is checked before it joins the board, and the board updates in batches.
  • Leaving the game screen ends an attempt, and it counts with what you’ve built.
  • An attempt cut off by a dead phone or a lost connection is credited back automatically. See credits and refunds.

Ponte

  • A slab swings from the crane. Tap once to drop it onto the tower.
  • The part that overlaps the floor below stays. The overhang is cut off and falls.
  • Land within the perfect window and the floor keeps its full width. Three perfect landings in a row grow it back a little.
  • Miss the tower completely and the attempt ends.
  • Level 1 runs from floor 1 to 14, level 2 from floor 15, and level 3 adds a crosswind from floor 30.
  • Your score is the number of floors built. The tiebreak is the closest average landing, measured in millimetres.
  • Every ranked attempt has its own swing pattern, and every pattern is tested to be equally hard.
